Traditional festival of Sour Cherry in Komotini
Offering cold sour cherry and cherry juice and selling of sweet cherry, it is celebrated the Sour Cherry festival which is organized every year on the 7th of July in Komotin. The festival is hosted in the courtyard of Papadrieleiou gallery, where they are sold at nominal prices jars of sweets, sandwiches for those who stay up late at night in the vibrant revelry, living the atmosphere of the festival with the live traditional music.
