Castle Kalyvas - Ionic
Located near the abandoned village today, north of Upper Ionic and is one of the most important archaeological sites of Thrace. It dates from the Hellenistic period and particularly during the reign of Philip II in 340 b.C. Fortress built on the hilltop 627 meters.
